Deposit Rewards

• Deposit Timing: To earn the deposit reward, the trader must deposit the required amount in a single transaction within one month from the date of registration.
• One-Time Reward: Cashback can be claimed only once per user on their first deposit under any eligible reward slab. Example: If you deposit $500 and claim the reward, you cannot claim rewards from any other slab like $600 or $1000 later.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of $100 is required to qualify for the reward.
• Eligible Slabs Only: Cashback is applicable only on the predefined deposit slabs listed above.
• KYC Requirement: Users must be fully registered and KYC verified on the HUMB Exchange platform to claim rewards.
• HUMB Management reserves the rights to make changes to the rewards program with prior notice which will be binding on all registered users.
• Decision of HUMB management regarding rewards payout will be final and binding on all the registered users.

Trading Rewards

• To qualify, users must maintain the required trading volume for 1 month.
• The program is open to all verified HUMB users.
• Users must comply with all platform policies and regulations.
• Trading volume is calculated based on completed trades on the HUMB platform.
• Bonuses will be credited after verification of trading volume requirements.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly. They can be used for trading or withdrawn as per platform policies.
• Users found engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive trading practices will be disqualified from the program.
• In case of disputes, HUMB’s decision will be final and binding.
• Only one reward per user per category is allowed in the specific duration.

• 14% of HUMB’s annual profit is the maximum profit pool that will be kept aside for distribution among traders.
• Base profit distribution calculation of the 14% profit kept aside will be done on the 6% and 4% profit categories that traders will fall under and will be done on the 14% profit share kept aside for distribution.
• To qualify for the 14% profit-sharing program, you must hold HUMB tokens for one year.
• Profit share calculation for distribution to traders will be based on the percentage of HUMB native token held by each individual trader.
• Additional 2% + 2% profit pool calculation will be done on the 14% profit share kept aside for distribution.
• Additional profit share of 2% + 2% will be distributed among traders who have met the criteria defined under the profit sharing program.
• Profits earned by traders as per calculation which includes base profit and additional profit will be deposited as USDC in the traders wallets.
• Profit distributions are calculated based on the total number of eligible users in each category.
• Profit-sharing rewards are distributed annually based on HUMB’s final audited profits.
• HUMB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, HUMB’s decision will be final and binding.
• Users found engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive trading practices will be disqualified from the program.
• Only one reward per user per category is allowed in the specific duration.
